✅ Sales pipelines, hosting, and more

Our features may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any part of the platform without notice.

5️⃣ Acceptable Use 🚫

You agree NOT to use NextSaaS for:

❌ Illegal activities or to violate any laws
❌ Spamming, phishing, or sending unauthorized bulk emails
❌ Distributing viruses, bots, or malicious code
❌ Misleading marketing, fake testimonials, or false claims
❌ Copying, reselling, or repackaging our platform without permission
❌ Promoting hate speech, violence, or harmful content

Violation of any of the above will lead to immediate account termination.

6️⃣ Payments & Billing 💳

• All services are billed in advance on a yearly basis

• No monthly billing is available

• Prices are clearly displayed on our website and may vary based on offers

• Users are responsible for payment through approved methods (UPI, card, bank, etc.)
  
  

🚫 Non-payment or chargebacks may result in account suspension or deletion.

7️⃣ Refund Policy 🔁

We offer a 7-day refund only if we fail to deliver the service or access within 7 days of payment.

No refunds will be given for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to use the service

• Discounted or promotional purchases

8️⃣ Reseller Program 👥

If you join as a reseller:

✅ You may set your own pricing above our base price
✅ You receive 100% of customer payments directly
✅ You are responsible for your own transactions, clients, and support
✅ NextSaaS does not collect payment from your clients or pay commissions

⚠️ You are fully responsible for legal compliance, customer service, and tax handling for your business.

9️⃣ Data & Privacy 🔐

We respect your data. Your information is protected and not sold to third parties.

🔟 Intellectual Property ⚙️

All content, software, logos, and assets on NextSaaS are property of NextSaaS.
You are not allowed to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute our content

• Reverse engineer or extract source code

Violations may lead to legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

🔴 If payment is overdue
🔴 If you use the service in a harmful or illegal way Upon termination:

• Your access will be revoked

• No refund will be provided
