Welcome to the NextSaaS reselling Program — a straightforward, powerful opportunity for individuals and businesses to launch their own software business using our proven platform.

By joining this program, you agree to the terms and responsibilities outlined below. Please read carefully. ⚠️



💼 1. One Simple Reseller Model

NextSaaS offers one clear reseller model:

✅ Resellers do not earn commissions for referring other affiliates.

✅ Commissions are only generated when one of the Adoll Media (Nextsaas.in) products is sold to a customer.

✅ Adoll Media (nextsaas.in) has complete discretion to change the commission structure at any point of time.

 



💰 2. Reseller Legal policy:

 

✔️ Resellers are prohibited from offering lifetime deals. Adoll Media does not authorize the sale of lifetime deals by any reseller. This policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness in our pricing structures. Adoll Media reserves the right to take appropriate action against any reseller found violating this policy.

✔️ Adoll Media, operating as a sole proprietorship, holds no liability for any legal consequences resulting from actions where our resellers engage in misbehave, misconduct, or misleading practices. It is important to note that such behaviors do not reflect the values or standards of Adoll Media. We strive to maintain ethical conduct in all business relationships but cannot be held responsible for the actions of independent resellers. Our commitment remains to transparency and integrity in all aspects of our operations.

✔️ Resellers are strictly prohibited from offering any form of bonus offers or promotions that incentivize or encourage users to make purchases through the Adoll platform. Such actions constitute a violation of our terms of use. Any affiliate found in breach of this policy will have their account blocked without refund and without the right to appeal. This policy is enforced to maintain fairness and integrity in our business practices.

✔️ All commission/payout will be released on the next month of 5th

✔️ Resellers are prohibited from selling Adoll accounts below the official price. If any mis-sale is identified, Adoll Media reserves the right to terminate all accounts associated with that reseller. Adoll Media assumes no liability for refunds related to mis-sales.

✔️ Resellers must ensure that all promotions of the Platform are truthful and verifiable, including accurate representation of current terms and tools. Features and tools may be modified or removed without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of resellers to inform potential sign-ups of any updates. Adoll Media disclaims liability for any discrepancies resulting from outdated or inaccurate information provided by resellers.


✔️ Promising Gains: resellers must not promote the Adoll reselling opportunity in a manner that indicates or promises a luxurious lifestyle as a result of being a part of this program. For instance, content with expensive cars, locations, housing, or excessive amounts of money which may be used to persuade the user into signing up are prohibited unless you put a disclaimer stating that these gains were completely unique to you and are not promised or guaranteed to users of the Platform.


✔️ An reseller must not approach another user who is already under another reseller and try to convince them to join under them by using another account. It is strictly forbidden.


✔️ An Adoll reseller is limited to owning only one reselling account or any account type that allows commission generation. Multiple reselling accounts per user are strictly prohibited. Adoll Media enforces this policy to ensure fairness and integrity in our reselling program.

✔️ We guarantee of making 25 sales only to few resellers and offer 100% money back guarantee only if we fail to deliver 25 sales. There is no refunds if reseller fails to deliver 300 qualified appointments in a year.

 



🚫 3. Resellers Leads Attribution Policy:

 

 

✔️ When multiple resellers submit the same lead to Adoll, the sale will be credited to the last reseller who submitted that lead prior to the sale. This ensures lead attribution remains current and fair to all active resellers.


✔️ This “last submission” approach ensures that resellers actively engaged with a prospect receive credit for the final transaction.

✔️ When a sale is made to a lead originally submitted by a reseller, the reseller has a 7-day window to claim the sale from the date of the transaction. This policy requires timely verification from the reseller to confirm the sale attribution.


✔️ If a reseller does not claim the sale within the 7-day period, Adoll will retain the sale attribution, and the credit will be assigned to Adoll directly. This approach ensures that sales tracking remains accurate and allows for seamless processing.

✔️ It is the reseller’s responsibility to verify lead generation and complete the claim process on time.


✔️ By participating as a reseller with Adoll, you agree to this lead attribution policy and accept the terms regarding submission, timely claims, and Adoll’s right to retain sales attribution if a claim is not made within the specified period.






🔁 4. Refund Policy

We offer a 365-day refund, please follow our refund policy.

❌ No refund is granted if:

  • You failed to promote software

  • You changed your mind

  • You didn’t use the platform

  • You dont generate leads as per refund policy

📣 5. Marketing & Promotions

You’re free to promote the software your way — with responsibility.

✅ Promote using your own funnels, ads, content, and strategies
✅ Use updated product descriptions and feature lists
✅ Add your own value, such as training, onboarding, or bonuses

🚫 Do not make false claims
🚫 Do not guarantee profits or income
🚫 Do not impersonate NextSaaS or its founders

👥 6. Ownership & Account Use

  • You are allowed only one active reselling account

  • Do not try to register or sell under multiple identities

  • Leads and clients you generate are 100% yours — we don’t interfere




🧰 7. Support & Service Policy

We provide support only for the software platform itself —
